This special grade Jasmine Pearls are intensely fragrant. Two leaves and a bud are carefully rolled into elegant small pearls. Once rolled, the pearls wait until the jasmine flowers are harvested later in the summer. The flower petals are introduced and then removed after imparting their fragrance, a process that may be repeated up to seven times. Our supplier's family has been making jasmine teas for generations in Fujian Province and his skill is evident. This tea is exquisite, a sweet and delicate green redolent with fresh scent of jasmine.

Steeping: 1 heaping teaspoon per 16 ounces hot water (185 degrees). Steep 2-3 minutes.
