Our Irish Breakfast is a stout and robust blend of malty Assam and full-bodied Kenyan black teas. It is one the few unorthodox teas we carry as the leaves are processed using the cut, tear, curl method to encourage a very strong steep.
Ingredients: Kenyan and Indian CTC black teas.
Brewing: 2 teaspoons per 16 ounces of boiling water. Steep 4-5 minutes.
