Our policy is to reserve seatings for a two hour period.  If you'd like to extend the length of your party, each additional hour is $150 and must be arranged in advance.

We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 48 hour cancellation is required and all no shows will be billed the full total amount. Please note, an 20% service/gratuity charge and state tax is automatically added to all party functions.

To enable us to serve your party efficiently, we ask you to select one tea service for your guests. We request your final headcount, choice of tea service, and sandwich selection no later than four days before the scheduled event. All special menu requests (vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergies, etc.) must be requested at this time. You will be responsible for payment for the number of tea services confirmed in your final headcount.
