“Yinzhen” Plucked in early spring, the baby tea leaf buds are masterfully worked to preserve its natural shape. This tea is one for every tea drinker's collection. The bud has a silvery hue and covered with the tender, downy hair giving it a velvety appearance. The liquor is soft yellow in color and delicate in flavor. Silver needles is slightly savory with a touch of pepper and has subtle taste characteristics of melon and sweet apricot.
Origin: Fuding, Fujian Province, China.
Brewing: 1 tablespoon per 16 ounces hot water (180-190 degrees). Steep 3-4 minutes.
