A comparatively rare, scented black tea made in Guangdong Province with larger size leaves that, once processed to black tea, infused with Lychee fruit. This makes a highly aromatic black offering a very distinct, strongly sweet and fruity cup. The scenting process for this tea is old traditional style and an uncommon skill. Dragon Eyes is great hot and exceptional iced.
Ingredients: Chinese black tea, Longan fruit juice.
Brewing: 2 teaspoons per 16 ounces boiling water. Steep 4-5 minutes.
