Ingredients: Assam tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, black pepper.
Brewing (Regular Steeping): 2 teaspoons per 16 ounces boiling water. Steep 4-5 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
Brewing (Boiling Method): Bring 16 ounces cold water to a rolling boil. Add 2 heaping teaspoons Masala Chai and boil for 3 minutes. Add milk and sugar and boil for another 2 minutes.
