No. 2 Darjeeling - Autumn Crescendo

Harvested in early November, this autumn cup has a gentle copper glow. It has a mellow, tending astringent flavor with a distinctive muscatel undertone.

 

Origin: Glenburn Tea Estate, Darjeeling. Autumn Flush FTGFOP1.

 

Brewing: 2 teaspoon per 16 ounces of boiling water. Steep 3-4 minutes.
